Toronto’s most prominent returnship is Women in Capital Markets’ Return to Bay Street, which works with a broad group of financial institutions to help women relaunch careers. In four years, the initiative has placed 42 women back in the industry.

WCM's Job Shadow Day is a free, day-long event, featuring interactive workshops, networking and mentoring sessions, presentations profiling women with diverse careers in the capital markets, and an afternoon of job shadowing with a mentor who works in the industry. Past Job Shadow Days have been a tremendous success as they have given students a first-hand view of the exciting careers in capital markets.
